Correct ........ and I'll tell you for free we are near the middle ...... and the other hints would suggest a university ....... and the building originally posted is quite unusual in that there IS ONLY ONE FLOOR ....... no stairs, lifts or anything ....... :rolleyes:

correct ..... this is the Sir Harry and Lady Djanogly Resource Centre ..... and the floor is one continuous spiral ... and there are lots of other very interesting buildings on the Jubilee Campus which have very unique and unusual features .....
