Car's on the "wrong" side of the road as is the steering column, so would guess this must be British soil, past or present. Not Canada, though, they're "normal" drivers. So I would guess somewhere like Scotland.

This car is a Nissan Pulsar GX, in Australia - hence the right hand drive.

 

I'm thinking its on the Mt Wellington Rd, near Hobart Tasmania?
