luigi bertolotti Posted April 6, 2009 Share #783 Posted April 6, 2009 Yes, and he posted a luxus Yacht in a pair of to-be-guessed harbours... I'm a mountain men... ... no idea about harbours' location... but it's to you all to find the answers (at least, about the location... probably the Yacht is a property of Olsen himself... )
Olsen Posted April 6, 2009 Share #784 Posted April 6, 2009 I am off to Singapore tomorrow. So, I must break the secret to you now: 1) The yacht belongs to Muhamed Al-Fayed. At the first picture the yacht is in Stockholm. It is lying along the Gamla Stan pier (Old City Pier) across the old navy church which is a Stockholm landmark, just visible at the left picture edge. 2) At the second picture Al-Fayed's yacht is in Helsinki. - After all, his wife, Heini Wathen, is from Finland. Typical for the Helsinki harbour is the four large ice breakers in the backgound. - I believed that these two pictures would be easy for the globetrotters frequenting this thread. Have the participants fallen asleep? Interesting thread, by the way. See you in four weeks. I am off to Singapore & Malaysia.

psquared Posted April 8, 2009 Share #787 Posted April 8, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Going by the clues in the picture and EXIF, I would guess Florida Keys. The US dollar bill puts the location in the US, probably. Since the clerk is wearing short sleeves with windows open in March, it must be very southern US, such as Miami or Florida Keys, or Hawaii. Or, it could be Puerto Rico. The atmosphere looks more relaxed than Miami.
