Ok, it is a major tourist attraction, touristy city, where I holed up for five days to be a bit crook. Me ride is less identifiable.

Well there are fifteen books of the Tripitaka inscribed on over seven hundred marble slabs, and each one gets its own little stupa, at the Kuthodaw Paya, Mandalay.

As for the vehicle...nearly called it a car...If it was a motorcycle forum I would describe it by its bike parts, four wheel drive forum then by its fwd parts, better house and gardens forum then by the house parts ... But if you ever need a decent private guide in the city I'll dig out the guys card. Cracking way to tour the town and outskirts. Hell of a nice guy.

Rons go.

Rob, nice place, a photographer could easily spend days. Not sure, if wls.shanghai should post the next one, but would "must be in Switzerland" be enough if somebody posts a picture of the Matterhorn?

I´ll leave it on him to decide (though i have a picture waiting for the next riddle).

Name the pitch and route Ronald, you reckon?

I guess I should have asked yoou to identify which Paya entry, and which pages of the big T were in each stupa left to right but to be honest Im not as organised as Stuart N and I woudlnt be able to confirm the answer:D

Kuthodaw Paya is specific enough for me:D. Over to you.

Rob -

You're too kind, even in jest. Neither my pictures nor Barbara's thorough notes can answer that. I did recognize the location, but I never seem to get to this thread early enough to answer -- Time zone differences? Anyway, it is a lovely venue in a lovely country, and since Ron hasn't yet posted his next riddle, here are some more views of Kuthodaw Paya:

Rob, I´m so happy you did not answer THAT specific, because i don´t recall all the >700 Stupas by name, nor the 84.000 instructions of Buddah:o (assume neither STU knows them all)

Now I have three different places for the next riddle, one is quit easy, the other two are let´s say "medium". I will take a (maybe) harder "medium" one which i can feed with some tips later, if nobody knows the answer right from beginning.

I ask for the name of the person, the monument with the red circle around is dedicated to (the rest should be easy).
