Even using search engines, it still is a challenge. Do you have a clue about the place? Cheers, Arrow

AZach Posted April 11, 2019 Share #18677 Posted April 11, 2019 The audience looks mainly european but the dresscode is lighter and more casual. Could be South America where the most famous venue is Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires.

If this is your genuine reasoning and not the result of already knowing and then going backwards to the dresscode, I have all the respect! You're right, it is Teatro Colón. It is not present in many actual lists of the 10 most beautiful opera theatres in the world, but it sure has been and still is in some. I have not seen all of the world's opera's but this theatre is definitely in my Top3. Here's another photo from our seats, which I didn't give as first image because the chairs and curtain might have given it away Welcome, dear visitor! AZach Posted April 11, 2019 Share #18679 Posted April 11, 2019 (edited) Thanks, actually The National Geographic lists the ”10 Best” (https://www.nationalgeographic.com/travel/top-10/opera-houses/) and 7/10 I have seen and know from the inside. Sydney is more modern, Naples is older - so only Buenos Aires was left. Have been travelling in Argentina so audience dresscode also seemed to match. In the next one there is a house inside another one, why/where is that? Welcome, dear visitor!
