I seem to have red, somewhere, of a pair of hundreds... mainly sold to institutions like Museums and similar; btw, I think it wasn't a product from Leica Camera co., but from the Scientific Instrument Company, which now still exists, bears the Leica name, but hasn't any relationship with "Dr. Kaufmann firm".
