Rolo Posted January 11, 2009 Share #5 Posted January 11, 2009 You're inspired. Great shots. The first and next last have it, but the others are first class as well. See you've still got IOC 300. ! Rolo
andybarton Posted January 11, 2009 Share #6 Posted January 11, 2009 All I have read about Malta recently tells me that the Maltese are mental drivers, who take no heed of the rules of the road and drive like lunatics. "Hire a car at your peril!" sort of thing. So, Ivan, where did you shoot these?

azzo Posted January 11, 2009 Author Share #8 Posted January 11, 2009 All I have read about Malta recently tells me that the Maltese are mental drivers, who take no heed of the rules of the road and drive like lunatics. "Hire a car at your peril!" sort of thing. So, Ivan, where did you shoot these? Andy, Those times have now cooled down drastically and thankfully due to increasing speed cameras and traffic wardens. Hefty fines are at stake ! Was going through some approx year old scans that I had no time to work on. These car shots were taken during the Grand Prix de Malte 2007. Rolo, Andy and Virgil, Thank you all for taking the time to look and to comment and it's appreciated. - - -

stuny Posted January 12, 2009 Share #16 Posted January 12, 2009 Ivan - By the time we visited Maltese drivers seem just fine to us. A lovely series. the MG TC and then the Isetta are my favorites. The mustange is a first generation, either 1964 1/2 or 1965. The hood (bonnet) fasteners were added after the car was sold.
