wow indeed, I have one of these - not the cut up one, but even those are on the market if you look hard enough. It may be worth noting that this is the tri-elmar 35-50-28 which is somewhat more complicated than most other lenses.

Its great . Were can I find more of those ? Do you have other lenses ?

Thanks

Sjp , must be a great lens , no ? You say it's out there ? What could one cost more or less ?

Thanks

James

Si eres bueno, la cerveza está suficientemente fresca y el jabugo es de primera... te prestaré la mia en Madrid

No problem if you want to use it in Madrid (and any of my other 12 lenses). The only problem with the MATE -this lens- (which is NOT a zoom but a tri focal) is f4... sometimes can be slow... and the 28mm is the weakest focal... But, personally, I use it a lot when I want to travel light together with the WATE (Tri-Elmar 16-18-21) plus a fast 35mm (Summilux or Nokton)

I'm glad you like "Magnum, Magnum". I hope your son will also enjoy it.

On my side, I have a BIG dilemma: buying a new MP in London (2300 €) or a superb Summilux-M 75 6-bit coded MINT for 1.750 €... I always wanted a Summilux-M 75...

Is it reasonable?
