lambroving Posted July 1, 2006 Share #3 Posted July 1, 2006 Carolina, Just as impressive as ever, but would like to see it a bit larger, maybe 900 x 600.

mgcd Posted July 1, 2006 Share #6 Posted July 1, 2006 Well, somehow I missed it when you first posted it on the old forum. I am glad you thought of posting it again. This image is indeed deserving of superlatives. My favourite one from you, so far, to be sure. Excellent.
stuny Posted July 1, 2006 Share #7 Posted July 1, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Carolina - It's good to see your work again -- It has been too long since I've seen any of your shots. Somehow I missed this one on the old forum (perhaps we were away, traveling). This is one of your absolutely best shots, perfectly exposed and composed, and as mystical as an Allende or Garcia-Marquez novel. Wonderful. Guest carolina Posted July 2, 2006 Share #11 Posted July 2, 2006 I must be doing something wrong-I did not see on the computer screen the last 3 comments before I entered my reply- they appeared ofterwards ( eventhough I refresh the screen -I go to page 2 and then return to page 1-as I know that page 1 resembled the order posted yest). Sunrise on a misty fall morning. Thanks again
leicamann Posted July 2, 2006 Share #12 Posted July 2, 2006 Ditto.. simplified to the most basic graphic elements.. an excellent graphic and photograph..well who knows what happened in the "old forum"..there certainly a good dose of "prejudgements and panning"....lets hope in this Forum we can bypass that level of artistic vanity and egotism. Thank you for sharing and reposting Cheers, JRM
meatboy Posted July 2, 2006 Share #13 Posted July 2, 2006 This image is quite a work of art. I think the monochromatic nature and combined with the virtual lack of horizon where you think there should be one makes it unique. I love this image a lot Tim

meatboy Posted July 3, 2006 Share #18 Posted July 3, 2006 Another thing that I find enchanting about this image is the gentle ripples of the boats reflection and the ripples in the water from the paddle. Its really a top class image this one!
