Agent M10 Posted July 18, 2008 Share #1 Posted July 18, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) I couldn't resist a sale on a Mint MP Demo this week. I already have an M6 TTL, which is a beaut by the way. Question is: has anyone kept and used both? The exposure wheels turn in opposite directions so I was thinking that I'd put the M6 up for sale. Advertisement Posted July 18, 2008 Posted July 18, 2008 Hi Agent M10, Take a look here MP and M6 TTL. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
timd. Posted July 18, 2008 Share #2 Posted July 18, 2008 if you need two bodies why not keep them? i was thinking about the exposure wheel issue too, before adding the m6 to the m6ttl i had in my bag. they both feel different once you take them in your hand and after very short time you will turn your wheels automatically in the right direction without even recognizing. no big issue. try it. -tim-

Guest maddoc2003jp Posted July 18, 2008 Share #4 Posted July 18, 2008 I had an MP (sold) and now have an M6TTL. The shutter speed dial direction (and size) of the M6TTL (and M7) is more intuitive and easier to use while looking through the VF, IMHO.
rob_x2004 Posted July 18, 2008 Share #5 Posted July 18, 2008 The exposure wheel direction issue is a nonsense. If its a problem you just havent bothered to learn the camera yet.
Photoskeptic Posted July 19, 2008 Share #6 Posted July 19, 2008 I used to shoot side by side an M6 TTL and M4. No problems.
