Advertisement Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 Hi peterb, Take a look here Old Cape Cod (House, that is). I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
lambroving Posted September 6, 2006 Share #2 Â Posted September 6, 2006 Agreed, except for that lantern. Nice light. Looks like Martha's Vinyard near Edgartown.
stuny Posted September 6, 2006 Share #3 Â Posted September 6, 2006 A classic Cape salt box with lovely light. Is it on the Cape?
peterb Posted September 6, 2006 Author Share #4 Â Posted September 6, 2006 The building is actually in East Hampton, NY toward the eastern end of Long Island. Â Thanks for the comments. Â P
lambroving Posted September 7, 2006 Share #5 Â Posted September 7, 2006 A faux salt box then? On L.I. it probably cost a packet to "reproduce".
hm1912 Posted September 7, 2006 Share #6 Â Posted September 7, 2006 A very nice photograph, even if it is a non-Cape house! I've got a bunch of photos I took at the Cape a few weeks ago but have yet to develop them. You really managed to get a nice colouring of the wood shingles. Â Thanks for sharing.
