bcaslis Posted Sunday at 03:55 AM Share #3 Posted Sunday at 03:55 AM I see the EVF slow down in low light but not flickering or banding some are saying. As a guess I would say maybe they are using electric shutter and seeing the effects from LED lighting?

Setting Exposure preview to Shutter Button Half-Pressed did it recently for me. No more banding nor flickering since then, don't ask me why.
TynwaldHill Posted 18 hours ago Share #5 Posted 18 hours ago After having the same problem again yesterday at noon and even being able to reproduce it relatively well. In my case, this always happens when shooting with backlighting and strong light-dark contrasts, e.g. 50% dark building, the other 50% shot against the sun (from inside a building through a door/window to the outside). If the distribution is not so even, 20% dark/light, the other 80% the opposite, this does not occur. For the record, the exposure metering was set to ‘Highlight-Weighted’.
