What are red edges? Chromatic aberration?
Just for my personal education: Can you explain why 15/14mm will provoke them on the M240? The sensor?
I thought CA comes (mostly) from the lens quality as my older Sigma 15mm f/2.8 diagonal fisheye created a lot of CA on my D800 while my Sigma 14mm 1.8 ART on the SL2 does not create any CA.

I just returned Tamron 15-30mm f2.8 G2 (Nikon F mount adapted to M240) because of the lack of aperture control and the distortion. I but  the “red edge” is not the problem,  at least not something to stop the show. I have also Leica 11-23mm on CL, it  works excellent on CL. I think you can feel good about this concern.

There are at least two 15mm lenses people like on M digital, a Zeiss and a Voigtlander. Laowa 14mm and 15mm Zero-D are comparable or even better than the two in some of the performance. Between the two M mount Zero-D, 14mm is lighter, slower, and 15mm might be slightly sharper, but I am not sure how they compare in the real  usage.

Excuse my ignorance, but how would you go about removing the red edges in post. I’ve got an M10P and the CV 15mm Heliar. Now, I’ve never actually shot this lens on the M10P but I did get the red fringing on my old M9.

If you mean CA, try Lightroom lens correction.
But I hope you are not mentioning the focus leaking, which can show red edge on the objects that are in focus.
