It wasn't what I'd call frigid, but the vendors are out in the cold air for several hours so the heavy coat probably felt quite good to this Hmong woman.

Thanks, Mike. It was very cloudy so I put an orange filter on to bump up the contrast a bit. I use the orange filter quite often.
