Nachtmsk Posted Saturday at 04:43 PM Share #1 Posted Saturday at 04:43 PM Advertisement (gone after registration) Q2M Not sure how known this is but there is a law on the books in NYC that allows women to go topless (it's surprising in how many places they can't . We spent a day shooting around NYC and very few people noticed, though one very kind old Chinese man in Chinatown came over to us; big smile on his face and shook Kay's hand saying "Thank you!" I love NY. Everyone minds their own business Welcome, dear visitor! Timmyjoe Posted Saturday at 10:20 PM Share #3 Posted Saturday at 10:20 PM I remember this. I used to cover the Pride Parade in NYC for the Queens Tribune, and there was always controversy about the toplessness in the parade, and the police always told the spectators that were complaining that it was perfectly legal in the city. Interesting shot. Best, -Tim
fotografr Posted Sunday at 11:55 AM Share #4 Posted Sunday at 11:55 AM It's remarkable how many people don't seem to notice her--especially the guy in the foreground looking at his phone. 2
