Popular Post lexffm Posted September 15 Popular Post Share #1 Posted September 15 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) She asked me what I was doing here (in the train station district in Frankfurt, Germany). I said, Taking photos. She asked if I wanted to take her photo. I said, Why not? She said she used to be a model. And yes, she was very active and suggested different locations and poses herself. I had the feeling she was happy. Her name is Medusa and she asked me to publish the pictures. It was an interesting experience, something I'd never had before. It's not my place to judge this person, and certainly not yours. I'd like to point that out. Leica M 11-P with Apo-Summicron-M 1:2 /50 ASPH. Welcome, dear visitor! Olaf_ZG Posted Sunday at 04:19 PM Share #6 Posted Sunday at 04:19 PM (edited) I remember quite a while commenting on a photo of a homeless guy photographed by @lexffm which I didn’t like cause I felt it was disrespectful. Meanwhile I learned that he photographs a lot misery on the street, giving a realistic view of the world around us. This series I do love though. It might be sad, but it is certainly not disrespectful. These are not “stolen” images, taken from the hip. These are from a photographer of a model. From a person of a person. Well done, and to me, your best series I have seen of you. Edited Sunday at 04:28 PM by Olaf_ZG
