Sparkassenkunde Posted August 12 Share #1 Posted August 12 Advertisement (gone after registration) I went on a four week long roadtrip through southern Europe which unfortunately ended already last Sunday. I started in my hometown near Berlin and traveled with my car, my tent, a guitar and some other necessary items which of course included my Leica Q3 43. I also had the 28mm version with me, but ended up only using the 43. In the coming days and probably weeks I want to take you back with me on this wonderful trip and show you some of the pictures I made along the way. I didn't have a plan for my route - with the exception of a stop in Dubrovnik to take my wife on board, who travelled there by plane. So the way developed from day to day, mostly after a quick check of the weather forecast. I started on a very rainy Saturday and quickly changed my mind from a trip to the northeast straight to the south. My first stop then was Munich, where I had a wonderful start into the journey with a sunny weekend and the first nice encounters. On the first evening I ended up on the steps of the opera, where a DJ was playing nice music and two bars were installed. There I met two nice people and we had a wonderful chat about life in general and my at the moment rather troublesome relationship to my wife. The couple incidentally make a podcast about relationships and matters of love, and she is the moderator of popular Bavarian radio morning show -what a great start for me. I changed my plans from going to the Bodensee area and travelled south through Austria and Switzerland. Somewhere deep in the Austrian Alps the weather became better and I had some nice views on the mountains. Sparkassenkunde Posted August 16 Author Share #18 Posted August 16 My first stop in Italy brought me to a nice little campsite at the Lago di Como, where I spent some days and visited the surroundings with day trips to Bergamo and Lugano. I love Italy and its people, so this was a very relaxing time with some nice walks and car trips on nice curvy roads. Welcome, dear visitor!
