Hey everyone,

Just wanted to check if this is an issue or not.

I just recently received an M11-P and when testing with it a little bit at home, noticed something strange. I have a 50mm Summicron and an LTM adapter that brings up 50mm framelines, and with both of these installed, it brings up the 50mm framelines, but I noticed it doesn't allow me to move the lever back to 35/135mm with the lenses installed. I am able to move to 28mm though.

Is this normal behavior? I have multiple analog M cameras (this is my first digital), they they all allow me to toggle the framelines with these lenses installed, but it will return to the proper setting for the installed lens once releases. On the digital, the lever just can't be moved to 35/135mm at all, like it's a hard stop until I remove the lens (then it goes to 35/135mm as expected).

Is this an issue? If so, anyone seen it before and know how I might be able to remediate?

Not normal. Although obviously there will be some slight spring pressure to overcome, just as in your experience with analog Ms.

What is the source of the LTM adapter? Got a snapshot of it?

So that was the issue. I was being too gentle. It was able to be actuated to the 35/135mm setting. What a relief.

To answer your question, the adapter I used was a cheap Fotodiox on from Amazon. I have used on my other M mount cameras without issue, so assumed it would work fine with the M11-P (which it did, I was just being too cautions).

No problem with my LTM Summicron 50/2 v1 and 6-bit coded Kipon adapter on the M11. Do you hear a click when mounting the lens on the camera?

Yeah, I definitely get a click. Camera is still pretty new, so think it needs to loosen at the mount a little bit as takes a bit of effort compared to my MP.

Anyway, issue has resolved it self.

Thank you both for your assistance here!
