I need to connect my old Leitz bellows l to Visoflex ll. See attached photo. What adapter is needed? Thanks for your help.

Hi Ivo,

Sorry to say they are not compatable, so you will need either a Bellows 11 or a Visoflex 1.    The Bellows 1 will fit the earlier Focus-stage, but not the later slide with the larger diameter lens mounting (N type).  Fortunately they are all common, and as they are not particularly desirable except for those who understand them and use them, they are not too expensive.

Possible, with some non-factory modifications?

I wonder if one started with an OUFRO with the bayonet mount left intact and then modified it with an extra piece, perhaps off an OOZAB, to mimic the front of the Viso 1 it could be done, but then I have always found that the Viso 1 is much more user-friendly when using the bellows; it would also be much easier and cheaper just to use the Viso 1.

The best solution is probably to get a bellows ll. Thanks for the advice.

I agree : a bellows II can be found at a reasonable cost, and is still a very usable item, so better if Viso mounts the vertical "chimney finder"
