Jlgerardy Posted January 7, 2008 Share #4 Â Posted January 7, 2008 By pressing the F1 key in the main menu, C1 is opening the user guide (pdf file). Alternatively, you can find the user guide in the "Capture one 4" directory. Â Jean-Luc

Jamie Roberts Posted January 8, 2008 Share #6 Â Posted January 8, 2008 One Big Thing missing in the documentation is that you need to hold down the SHIFT key to add a ton of photos to the batch queue! Â SHIFT CTRL-D is what you need press when you've selected a bunch of files; if you just press CTRL-D or right-click Process (or click File...Process), you will only process a single file, regardless of how many you have selected!!! Â This is the single least intuitive design change they made to the entire program. Why they left this out of the manual (and why it isn't in BIG CAPITALS) I will never know. Â I'm sure this is the same-ish on a Mac
Overgaard Posted January 10, 2008 Share #7 Â Posted January 10, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) Phase One just announced a brand new 30 min instruction video one can download in QuickTime or Windows format. Â Also, there is a link to the Capture One 4 manual. Â Both can be found at Phase One -
wlaidlaw Posted January 10, 2008 Share #8 Â Posted January 10, 2008 May I very strongly recommend the C1 V4 video. I have been really struggling on V4 and have to admit that I have been sneaking back to V3.7.7 for batch processing. Now that I have watched the video, I am beginning to appreciate why Phase One have done a number of things on V4 that previously did not make sense to me. It also takes you through the workflow in a very understandable and watchable way. If they had produced this as they released the final version, a lot of the criticism, mine included, would have been answered. Â Wilson
