I went for an afternoon wander around town with my daughter a couple of weeks ago looking for places with interesting light / backgrounds. I'm not sure how much longer she'll be happy to do this stuff with me but I'll take it while I can get it 😁

Cherish those moments with her, sadly they don't last forever as they grow and have to find their own independence.  But those times are as important to her (though she might not know it now) as they are to you. The pictures show a lovely warmth between you and your daughter.

Thank you, she's such awesome company. I'm sure she'd rather be hanging out with friends if given the option, but she's not yet hit the age where hanging out with dad is uncool 😅

Trying to encourage her to step behind the camera sometimes too, hopefully that spark will ignite when she's a bit older 📸

A lovely set.  I think #2 would be even stronger with about 4 cm cropped from the left.

Very true, for some reason I didn’t see the imbalance as I framed the shot but it’s clear as day now that you’ve pointed it out 😆. Thanks Stuny 👍

Great series. My favorite is the number. 3 with the light in the hair and the great shadow structures
