That is exactly the problem. I use DXO Photolab as a RAW converter and have been wondering about this discussion for some time.

One further aspect to consider for the overall discussion could be the color space of your display. If the color space of your JPG image is larger than the color space of your display it is inevitable that the color you will perceive when viewing the JPG on the display is different from that intended by the JPG.

pretty sure this is not relevant.

all camera M11 JPG are sRGB which is a small color space

Color management should manage that anyway.
