Quite lovey, every one of them.  #3 (in the first post) is my favorite.

Thanks @stuny.

Weather changed a lot during the day, mostly fog, but a few minutes of late afternoon sunshine made the picture possible :)

The Museum is worth a visit, and a fun experience for children

Am still debating making it a stop in March as I travel across Europe.  Have been using Leicas a long time but can say the same about Rolex, BMW and Harley motorcycles etc.  I admit to visiting the Harley museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and it was interesting.  May have to visit Leica Park as well.  If traveling by train, I assume Frankfort is the main terminal?

You should do it. It's worth it.

Travelling by train ... Regional trains from/to Frankfurt are an option. Depending where you come from Limburg (a stop of the ICE / high-speed train Frankfurt-Cologne) or Kassel (a stop of the ICE Frankfurt-Hamburg) are alternatives. All about 2 hrs ....

Thanks, presently I plan on using the train system for all my European travels.  I finish my planned tour of Jordan on 8 March and trying to decide on Morocco and north through Spain or flying into Vienna or Budapest and travel by train through northern Europe.  I enjoyed the photos of Leica Park and do not mean to highjack this thread.

Vienna, Budapest sounds great !

I think Wetzlar and Leitz Park are definitely worth a visit, particularly in this anniversary year : Leitz-Park (Museum, Tour, Shop (they rent you anything you want for a fess hours); you can eat and sleep at the Hotel on the site which is nice), and Downtown Wetzlar : worth a visit, particularly if you are not european, as it is a very typical.

German Trains are not what Germany do best in my experience (no offense to anybody) : they work well, but you need to anticipate they are not always perfectly on time (and thus, take enough time between 2 trains). An alternative could be to travel long distances by Train, ie to Frankfurt, and rent a Car from Frankfurt to Wetzlar (it is a short drive <1h) ?

Have fun !

I think I replied to your other post as well. Try Fideua if you're going to Valencia. One of my favorites. You can check out this article https://gowithguide.com/blog/tourism-in-spain-statistics-2024-your-in-depth-travel-guide-5686 They mentioned a lot of information regarding Spain travel in general (I used during my last trip in June).
