There are lots of bags and in my experience non are perfect, but many are close.  I'm currently using a wotancraft pilot 3.5 liter.  As others have mentioned it is a bit larger than I'd like, but the next size smaller was too small.

The Wotancraft Pilot 2L fits my M11 with lens and has room for one additional lens.  It works great for a small walk around kit.  As the last post stated, I wish it was slightly larger.

I love the Wotancraft - I have both the 2L and the next size up (3L?) - I use the larger one with one lens attached and 4 more in the bag (stacked). Still very small! Smaller than the Billingham and pretty much holds the same, maybe one less lens.

If you're open to a sling, and perhaps a bit of extra room for another lens or even a 2nd body, the Oberwerth "photo backpack sling" is fantastic, easily my new favorite and helps quite a bit with some shoulder/back pain I get with traditional shoulder bags (even when I wear them cross-body). I think the previous mentions of the 2L Wotancraft are probably a great call out. Rugged little guys with plenty of pocket space to boot.

You could also check out the Ona bowery, those are fantastic little grab and go type bags, though they can read a bit purse-like if that bothers you.

https://billingham.com/products/airline-stowaway-camera-bag_colour-khaki-canvas-tan-leather I put portability above most anything else so I will actually take my camera everywhere. I have this Billingham Airline Stowaway (the regular one, not the compact or Pola) and it is absolutely crazy what I can get in it given its TINY size.  I have several other bags that are much much larger and can only get a few extra small things in them.  I can put a 35mm summilux in a soft pouch, a FlashQ Q20II flash with remote transmitter turned on its side, and the Leica Visoflex TYP 020 in its leather case all in the base of the main compartment.  I then have a Billingham padded divider I just lay on top in green that makes it look like there is nothing below (this didn't come with it, any divider will do, it doesn't velcro in or anything).  Just to make a new base for the main pocket.  I can then put a M10 Mono on top with a 50mm APO attached and leather half case and Gordy strap on it. . . I've even squeezed in my Nikon Zf with 40mm lens instead of the Mono on occasion.  Front zipper body pocket holds a filter case with filters and a zippered pouch with flash filters, an extra battery, SD cards, some extra AA batteries for the flash, and the charger cable for the flash.  Front zip pocket on the flap holds some lens wipes, a lens pen, an apple AirTag, and a microfiber cloth.  Left pocket at strap holds a mini blower.  Right pocket at strop holds a pencil w/sharpener cap.  Back pocket holds a field notes small notebook.  Still has a drop pocket I don't use plus some additional space in the pockets I described.

think tank  mirrorless Mover 10.

I have Wotancraft, Billingham, etc etc at my disposable, but I most often turn to the ThinkTank Turnstyle 10. It's the least stylish out of the bunch, but also the most comfortable to carry for long times.. The Wotancrafts I want to like so much more than I do. I find them a bit too deep for the M, somewhat overbuilt (the add on pouches are a joke), and the material used not that pleasant to the touch.

I like the F-5XB as well. I have it in black and modified it by removing the velcro (the velcro is way too loud for me) and adding the Fidlock closure like the Compagnon Nano Messenger III linked above. It is very lightweight and nondescript. I removed the Red Domke logo that comes on the black version.

When I take a single lens I use the Thin tank Mover 10, otherwise I take my equipment with the Retrospective 4

I have my eye on that one when it's released in a couple months.

I just got mine in the mail today.  It's a nice little bag.  Not going to lie, it doesn't fit an M great in my opinion.  It's fine if you remove the little padded 'clever cube' but then it's hard to separate your camera from a second lens.  I do have a grip on my camera so it makes it slightly taller than the cube is wide.

If you watch the video on their site, some guy demonstrates an M11 in the bag with the cube, but notice he never zips it shut - the camera sticks out a bit too much for the zipper to close smoothly.

All in all, nice little bag for maybe a camera with a lens on it + a battery, but it's not ideal for an M in my view.  If I'm going to take an extra lens, I'd much rather take my Domke F-5XA (camera + 2 lenses) or Thinktank Retrospective 4 (camera +3-4 lenses).
