Sorry for this very basic question but I can't manage to make out a clear idea :

Does a picture taken with 35mm crop on a Q (116 or 2 or 3) look like a proper 35mm framing ? (in terms of perspective, lines, bokeh)

You won't notice any difference, except that the bokeh will be roughly 35/2.1

It is the same as, if one takes a Leica M (or Canon, Nikon...) with a 28mm lens and crops the picture in Photoshop to 35mm. Simple, nothing special or AI.😀
