My island doesn’t have a lot of scenery so I’ll take the 105mm macro from Sigma. I can take macro shots of crabs, coral, the odd sea snake….

Wild card pick:  A desert island probably has great star field viewing so I’d probably pick the Sigma 14 f/1.4.

After receiving mine last week, it has immediately impressed me. First time in my photographic life I've ever had such a rectilinear 21.
Stunning performer for 21, outshines the Summilux and Elmarit Ms by a huge margin. Honeymoon period ... desert Island ... why not!.

My walk around kit is now the SL3 with the 21 & 75 APO SL and the Q3 43.  I wish there was a much smaller full frame body, because the 21 and Q3 43 would be perfect for travel. I've thought about the S9, but lack of an EVF and no mechanical shutter immediately disqualifies it for me.
