I have a budget of about 3.5, 4 k€ Option 1 : Selling the M10 and get a used mint condition M11, keeping the CV lens. Option 2: Keeping the M10 and get the 50 lux ASPH used in mint condition. I have no any concern with my actual kit, so I’m aware that is partly a new toy desire and partly a rational upgrade path… Any advice will be appreciated Upgrade both, but choose the M10-R + Voigtlander 50 f/1. erl Posted October 8, 2024 Share #23 Posted October 8, 2024 I think by the time this discussion of indecision has decided nothing, the M13 will be a better choice!

Ah ah. Not true. I made the decision. I will go on the M11. I think €3k is a good deal for trading my good M10 with a mint M11. All the new features that are rumored on the M12 don't particularly interest me, so, if all goes well I'll keep the M11 for at least 6-7 years. And if all goes well, selling some other gears within 12 months I will be on the market for a used lux in mint condition
Derbyshire Man Posted October 9, 2024 Share #25 Posted October 9, 2024 Agreed, you can make great images with the lens setup you have. You’ve invested in *personal preferences* of user experience. That will make a difference every time you use the camera.

If you know the answer, ask your self, will any 'new' gear fix that? My betting is that it will not. 3D-Kraft.com Posted October 29, 2024 Share #30 Posted October 29, 2024 (edited) Not enough information, why you think, you need an upgrade. I would go for the Thypoch Simera 50/1.4 ASPH or think about an additional focal length, keep the M10 and save the money until the M12 arrives (hopefully with less problems than the M11 series). Because a brand new camera will have fewer problems than one out for 2 and a half years?
