It’s fun when a photo tells a story, even if it’s just the beginning of a story.  Take this photo for example: dozens of brand-new John Deere tractors on a train from the factory in Moline, Illinois, now sleeping in the sun on the tracks just outside of Chicago, waiting to be further spread out to John Deere dealerships all across the farmland of America…But hang on!  There may be a different story.  Zoom in for a real close-up look at the white label on one of the windshields.  Spoiler alert: “Port of Discharge: Antwerp, Belgium in Transit to Romania”.

Regarding my prior post on John Deere tractors on the train: Here's a better close-up of the shipping label.

Seriously though some inspiring shots in this thread. I don’t have a Q of any sort but 3 M’s and it even tempts me! There’s a guy on Flickr I follow Guilo Magnifico who’s got some amazing Q based images, here’s the link his whole catalogue is worth viewing, especially the monochrome shots from his local bar. The images is the link to his Flickr, I’ve got no idea how to do a link without the images showing. It is recorded on Flickr as public.

Really glad the 43 has a macro mode, I find myself using it all the time when I don’t have my A7CR and a proper macro lens with me.
