Hello?
What crop length is it?
Looks like a good portrait lens!

in-camera digital zoom seems awkward to me, so I crop in post. doing some back of the envelope calculations with megapixels leads me to conclude the first photo of Oscar at the door of his church is 50mm (slight) crop and the second one is approximately 90mm. I wouldn't bring up equivalent depth of field on these forums, some posters have *very strong* feelings about that. I wonder if it's the APO lens which appears to give more background separation even when cropped heavily.

Another example (of great niece Remy at Christmas) nearly full frame and then crop to 90mm

Ahh, yes.  There is too much of that going around.  At least one of them is glancing over at her friend.  I ran into two girls texting as they were walking and said I hope you are not texting each other and they laughed, but then admitted that they sometimes are.

I don't think she's looking at her friend, I think she's looking at her friends phone

This building just fascinates me and I enjoy all the different shots you have shown in all kinds of light and situations.  Amazing.

Thank you so much for this feedback, this is much appreciated! This building is like a box full of candy and I (as other photographers I know) try to catch it every other day in the ever changing light and weather conditions. Today I grabbed another shot on the go on my way to work:
