You can find a YouTube video for someone hating literally everything and your stable of Leica’s is no exception! There is a video for why you should not buy every one of those products! I like to read the reviews and make a list of the positive aspects and see if those are worth the sum of the price!

I concur with the positive aspects, but cannot confirm any of the details he is niggling with. I cannot remember a single freeze. Seeing these large hands operating such a small camera ... well? Not a good match. However, if you own an SL3, Q3-43 and M 11P,  I really wonder what made you order the Dlux 8. It is perfectly clear that it cannot match the image quality or performance of what you already have. Personally I don't care about the Leica Photos app or video at all. So unless you want something to compliment an iPhone, why spend the money? For me, this is just a no-thrills little camera producing outstanding images for what it is that I like to look at over and over again. He likes the colors, but critizises white balance? Hm. Any camera can produce color casts now and then. It's normal.
