A bit of confusion to be sure as the thread really concerns the small battery cover for the meter battery of a film M camera and in the Q, the batteries are large and not a hazard for ingestion BUT I found that the OP/TECH USA Battery Holster - Compact Case for SLR Battery / AA Batteries,Black" fit the Q batteries very well and cover the battery contacts when an extra battery is stored in a camera bag, etc.  (Q battery placed in the OP/TECH case with the contacts down). For two batteries the Think Tank Photo DSLR Battery Case works well (the link is to the first version which is what I have, there is a version #2 that I assume would work but cannot verify it).

But...I think it's younger than toddlers who like to taste batteries.  That is those that can't quite use screwdrivers.
