Popular Post gregfountain Posted September 10, 2024 Popular Post Share #1 Posted September 10, 2024 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi Folks, It's been a long time since I've been here. Like many, I suspect, I had to get that last camera system out of my mind before I could finally answer that burning question: "Is the grass truly greener on the other side?" For me the answer was no, so I sold that other system and bought back in to the camera system that I never stopped thinking about since owning an SL (601) and an SL2s. I really missed the straight forward design and the ergonomics of the SL cameras. While heavier than the system I sold, it's so much easier to carry, hold and shoot with. Anyway, I hope to become a contributing member and look forward to interacting with you all. Here's a shot I took Saturday evening on the beach in Ocean Shores, Washington. When I got home and downloaded it, it was screaming to be converted to B&W. SL2, APO Cron SL 75/2 @ f/2 1/500, ISO 1600. Welcome, dear visitor!
