Narrow rucksack/sling for lenses to be used concurrently with small bag

This forum could do with a bags and accessories section!

I normally carry my m11p and m11m in a small Billingham or Domke. I don’t change lenses that often but like to have them with me. I find however that if I use the average photography rucksack one can’t actually access the two bodies and lenses without taking it off and one can’t use a bag with it either without it falling off (one shoulder) getting tangled (across shoulders). 
 

has anyone identified a slimline rucksack sling where one might put lenses that won’t interfere with a small camera bag containing two bodies yet allow decent access with stripping off!

It is slim enough to fold-up inside a jacket pocket when using the camera.

A second small lens can also fit in; to stop multiple items scratching, those thin black accessory draw string pouches that come with new Leicas are useful.
