For the M11-D it was 3pm CET, so 6am PDT, 9am EDT, 1pm UTC.

Saw the video twice earlier today…lol

I liked the video features and mic plug in.  I will def use it with wireless mic function using the usb c.

i will pass on using with brass colored accessories.  

I suspect the images are going to have great color and sharpness…. So cool that Leica listened to its clients on what they could use and put it in motion.

I guess it's safe to share that mine arrives tomorrow! It was supposed to come today but UPS delayed it. This is a dream rig for me, going to let go of my Q2M that has been amazing for 3.5 years.

Just lucky, I'll try tomorrow to share at least some photos. Or some photos taken Thursday morning but by then I have a feeling they will be all over.

In Canada it’s 9655 CAD for sure, I got the invoice already.

If it’s true that is going to be 6900 USD down south of the border I’m going to forgo my order and order from Hongkong 🤪

I suspect I'm going to be very torn in choosing between 28 and 43, and I am keen to see how the 43 looks under normal lighting conditions as I'm not enamoured with the colour in the promotional images and it could be enough to turn me off entirely (which in fairness would at least make my choice easier). It occurred to me of course that for all my dilly dallying over which to choose I could be waiting many months months for either as both being the same camera body/internals now means the production line will need to be shared, so I expect further scarcity of the 28 (just as I was beginning to see them pop up in stock here and there over the past couple of months too).

You can get replacement skins.

when you say “skins” do you mean the leatherette can be removed and replaced, or is it a layer that goes over the current gray leatherette?

Mine is shipping from my dealer tomorrow for Thursday delivery.  I just shot a jazz set this evening with my Q3 28 and will shoot another at the same venue on Friday with the 43.  Can’t wait to compare the images.
