Darkroom near Norwich UK

My grandson has become very interested in photography and I take every opportunity to encourage experimentation.

He is at University at UEA in Norwich UK but cannot locate any darkroom facilities at the colleges. While I have explained that a darkroom is not necessary purely for developing using a changing bag, that does not help with photo printing/enlargement without scanning.

Does anyone know of darkroom facilities in the area which might be available occasionally?

Norwich University of the Arts has a digital darkroom course https://norwichuni.ac.uk/

Last time I saw anyone from the Norwich Photographic Society there was no one left doing real darkroom work, but they might know someone https://www.ndps.info/
