Sparkassenkunde Posted August 30, 2024 Author Share #41 Posted August 30, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) I am not quite sure about the last question, but the car is painted in a orange tone that was state of the art in the time the car was built 😀 Due to the different light sources within the exhibition you get these shades from almost yellow to deep orange. Nothing that puzzled me - esp. not in correspondence to the white balance of this picture. Maybe you could share your thoughts in this regard, @Viv? Because of the mix of light types (incandescent, tungsten, fluorescent, UV), it is impossible to find a white balance setting that will correctly deal with them all. I had the same problem in the Mercedes Museum on Stuttgart, where the mix of light types made proper photography virtually impossible. I could not make photos that showed the actual colours of the cars. Conversely, the lighting in the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart is calibrated to be identical to a cloudy day. Photography is so easy there.
