Yes, the simplicity sells it, as well as your avoiding having the subject dead center, as too many of us do as we focus without reframing before clicking the shutter..

Composition, sharpness, level horizon - things that are lacking in so many photos here.

Not sure where it's been or where it's going, but I do know that I took the image off the west coast of Scotland.
