theBear Posted June 9, 2024 Share #1 Posted June 9, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) So wondering if anyone can help. I am using the latest version of C1. 16.4.1 from memory. I select Import, select my drive, but no images are found in the folder. The images are all there however as I can see them on the SD card in windows. Any help would be greatfully received. Advertisement Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 Hi theBear, Take a look here Capture One not recognising Leica M11-P files on SD card. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
R4p70r Posted June 9, 2024 Share #2 Posted June 9, 2024 Do have the option "Don't Import Duplicates" activated?
theBear Posted June 9, 2024 Author Share #3 Posted June 9, 2024 I tried both with and without. No idea what’s going on. Maybe it’s something to do with content credentials?
Photoworks Posted June 9, 2024 Share #4 Posted June 9, 2024 at this point, adobe is your only choice if you want to use content credentials. importingbut you can try to use a new section in Capture One, and instead of import just copy files in the Capture folder. Ray Harrison Posted June 9, 2024 Share #5 Posted June 9, 2024 You may also need to select 'Include Subfolders' if you haven't...

jaapv Posted June 10, 2024 Share #7 Posted June 10, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) Or batch run them through Adobe’s converter first? Always a good idea to try when software hasn’t caught up with a new DNG implementation yet.

Does your C1 automatically detect the SD-card when inserted ?
Anbaric Posted June 10, 2024 Share #9 Posted June 10, 2024 (edited) The M11-P should be supported from version 16.3.1 onwards. Can the files be read if copied manually to your hard disk? Edited June 10, 2024 by Anbaric
theBear Posted February 15 Author Share #10 Posted February 15 One year on I'm still having the same issue. This seems utterly ridiculous that neither Leica nor C1 have resolved this issue. Files are on my computer and can even be visible when I try to import into C1 until I finally press "review for import" then nothing appears. THis is happening with both JPEG and DNG files and files that are both saved on my computer and have visible thumbnails and properties and from the camera direcct. Welcome, dear visitor! Should add some the first batch of images that are visible and are around 70MB each on the computer but can't be opened in any application had content credentials on them but all the subsequent ones dont'. It's a complete mess. I've had various cameras since 2010, Canon, Fuji, even a Leica Q3 and never had this issue. I'm so deeply frustrated and not sure what to do. Apparently C1 works differently under macOs and Windows ... 🤔 Anyway, did you select any images at all ? And did you check your destination folder this "D:\Pictures\Capture One\Empty..." Importing from a folder works fine for me, even from the card reader, make sure you don't have a filter active in C1.
