Advertisement Posted April 26, 2024 Posted April 26, 2024 Hi bobtodrick, Take a look here new to the Leica tribe. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Guest Posted April 26, 2024 Share #2 Posted April 26, 2024 That should do for a while. In 20 years, he might consider switching to one of these new M3 cameras. I am sure he will have fun along the way.
250swb Posted April 26, 2024 Share #3 Posted April 26, 2024 Congratulations, and 'tribe' is an apt description given the abundance of fetishistic and magical trinkets to worship. But he'll have to get rid of that shirt at his first initiation ceremony.

bobtodrick Posted April 29, 2024 Author Share #5 Posted April 29, 2024 What’s really cool is the camera (a lll) is it came with the leather case that looks like new, the original bill of sale from a camera shop in Germany (1954) and a birthday card from the purchaser (father) to his son. We’re going to have those pieces framed and preserved.
