Is it assembly or just re-packaging. 2. Would you share the law when it specifies what %? It is a well known fact that some products not really made in Germany for example sold with "made in Germany" label on them. Final assembly determines the made in label. It is the only way in a world that has globalized production processes. Those watches are correctly labeled.
