Ugh. Brand new Leica lens question.. well 1.4x actually

I just opened a new, from Leica, 100-400 and the 1.4x and there are definitely dust specks inside the 1.4x extender.  May be a dumb question but should I send it back?  I keep reading things where people say "there is dust in every lens, etc. etc."  I think I need to stop reading.

Nevermind.... Keep looking at it and I can't be sure.  I am going to choose to ignore until it is an absolute issue and enjoy my new Leica gear.....  when I get a body.

It won't have any effect on image quality, but you can have Leica clean it under guarantee. Just report it. OTOH, you can have it replaced.

Will have zero impact but given you have no body, why not just get it changed while you wait😃.. you must be a very patient human being, the thought of all those lenses sitting doing nothing while waiting goodness knows how long would drive me nuts!!!

I am not a patient person.  It is driving me nuts.  I just didn't want to finally get the body and then not be able to find lenses.
