Do they have to re-adjust the stone circle when changing to BST and back to GSM?

No. It was last adjusted back in 1741 when they switched it from International Atomic Time to Universal (Astronomical) Time, so they could sight on Alpha Centauri again. I believe it was quite an engineering exercise.
