Horizon/Level Gauge disappeared on Q2

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out why the capture assistant "Horizon" or "Level Gauge" disappeared on my Q2. It was working fine, then it just suddenly stopped appearing. Yes, I did go into the menu and check the setting to be sure it was on, I toggled it a few times, and I turned off the camera and removed the battery to reset it in case there was a software loop, but no luck.  Has anyone had this experience or have any suggestions? I did call Leica Customer Care, but could only leave a message.
