Cropping factors - At least 100% crop on original then upscaling with Topaz AI, including refinements such as denoise and sharpen.

Repeated the above, framing around the bee with another upscale and refinements. I will try a third crop and upscale to see what happens to the pixels.

my first testing of the sl 70-200.

I like it a lot. makes me think about getting the 24-70 ( I have the 24-90 but they do render very differently. perhaps the new "Sigma" are better for people and M style imaging?)

Same tree, same setting f8 ISO 160, 1/200 14mm from the Leica 14-24, but different direction. Totally different mood.

This was taken on a Leica Store Miami Astrophotography tour in Moab, Utah. But not al the shots were at night.

But the first day we shot at sunrise in Dead Horse State Park. I packed in a Leica 14-24, a Leica 100-400 and as a total backup, a sigma 45mm. I was using a SL3 rental from LensRentals.

I used the Sigma 45mm at f8 for this shot. B&W conversion with Silver Efx Pro.

Stunning, simply stunning. Proof that the best lens is whatever you use if you are a good photographer.  I love everything about this.
