Sounds about right, Luigi. I have 172472 with DRP at the bottom and 240416 with DRP in the middle. I will have look to see if I have any that are closer with DRP in the middle. Being Leica, I would expect some overlap as they always used up existing parts eg, with the new viewfinder window frame introduced at around the same time, although that does not match the DRP move.

Jerzy, but with Leica you can never be sure of solving the mystery ... the proof, if you look hard enough: older serial number and yet the "DRP" is in the middle!!!! and it's not an upgraded camera.
