Advertisement Posted March 9, 2024 Posted March 9, 2024 Hi Petetoni, Take a look here Leica M6 - after 4 years. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
ktmrider2 Posted March 9, 2024 Share #2 Posted March 9, 2024 I like the video but found the whispered narration to be irritating. I would use a normal voice.

Yep, I know how you feel. It sucks that i had to use that AI voice.
otto.f Posted March 10, 2024 Share #4 Posted March 10, 2024 (edited) I found the whispered narration very nice, but the content contained no news for me. I mostly hate watching these kind of videos, except when it is very to the point informative like Jimmy Cheng’s on lenses and not just a personal experience. But the whispering made that I kept viewing to the end in this case. Edited March 10, 2024 by otto.f

I know what you mean, but I think i’m more into the overall feeling of the product than the technical side of thing. but, if you enjoyed the whispering - feel free to check out the full versio:

Warton Posted March 13, 2024 Share #14 Posted March 13, 2024 Whispering is just a tactic that mediocre people draw attentions from audience. I closed the video as soon as I heard the first syllable of this guy. So annoying.

The reason I used the whispering AI voice was becouse I had a flu. but, if conspiracy theories are your thing. Go right ahead. 😅 maybe this whispering video was actually made by the big pharma. 🤔
_Alex_ Posted March 16, 2024 Share #16 Posted March 16, 2024 (edited) I get that you had the flu and you used an AI generated voice, but in this case, I would probably have waited out the flu. Then again, I'm not making YouTube videos so take it for what it's worth. I found it creepy and/or contrived and turned it off almost immediately. I considered listening to it on mute just to see the what your 10 EDC items were, but opted against it. Cheers, -Alex. Muso Posted March 16, 2024 Share #17 Posted March 16, 2024 Maybe my M4 after 57 years lol. I just took it on a trip to Paris and it's still bloody brilliant! One thing I like about it is that it got a full factory overhaul in 2000, and then another last year. Leica still services a camera they made in 1967, which is unique in the film camera world. Woof woof woof woof! (Aboir, to bark) 1967 M4, Ilford FP4, Elmar-M 50/2.8 (collapsible), orange filter. Welcome, dear visitor! My M4 bought in 1968 is likewise doing fine. It was serviced by Sherry and tweaked by DAG this century, Using its MR4 meter O ran a test film last week and all is well - except the vulcanite on the back door is coming loose. Just got a replacement for the back door vulcanite from DAG yesterday. Still prefer this to my M3 & M2.
