Impossible to answer when put like this - it depends on condition plus a number of other variables, and is the result of an agreement between buyer and seller. Consult concluded transactions on eBay and advertisements from reputable dealers. The forum will not do valuations.

This might work, but only if the user never reset the image numbering:  check the number assigned to the most recent image.  Ignore the leading numbers.  What remains is likely to be the shutter count.  On my 7 year old Q that number is L1022605.  I think my shutter count is 22605.
