bherman01545 Posted December 8, 2023 Share #1 Posted December 8, 2023 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) All; I purchased a Visoflex 2 yesterday. It seems to exhibit a weird anomaly (image offset issue?) when compared to the Visoflex 020. When putting my M10R in LiveView the image is centered in the EVF, but when I focus with my 35 Summilux and the image is magnified for critical focus (focus peaking) I need to point the camera quite a bit to the left to center the image in the EVF, and when I tap the shutter button, I need to swing the camera back to the right to re-compose. It's almost like a weird image offset issue. Did you have this with your M11 or is this normal behavior? My Visoflex 020 doesn't have this issue. Thanks -Brad Edited December 8, 2023 by bherman01545
Advertisement Posted December 8, 2023 Posted December 8, 2023 Hi bherman01545, Take a look here Visoflex 2 on an M10R - Weird Image Offset issue?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
mort linder Posted December 8, 2023 Share #2 Posted December 8, 2023 i do not know about the visoflex 2 , but with the 020 visoflex on the m10 , the point of magnification can be changed by clicking the direction pad . a plus comes up which can then be moved around to the place that will be magnified . this can also be done in live view , so i am sure it should work with the visoflex 2 . bherman01545 Posted December 8, 2023 Author Share #3 Posted December 8, 2023 Yes, I just figured that out. There is a little rectangle in the bottom left corner of the LCD in Live View. The center small rectangle indicates where the point of focus would be. The + sign on the LCD screen as off to one side, so it had to do with the directional pad as you said. Thanks!
