Stuart, it was a case of feel the fear and do it anyway but Tony was very gracious.  I wanted a full-length shot because the outfit was ruched from shoulder to ankle but that would have risked being run over by passing traffic.

Brent, I’m an average 5’9” so the solution was to ask Tony to bend his knees, which he kindly did
