It was an ominous dusk with the rainstorm hovering. The old MR-4 meter did a great job. I was holding my umbrella in left hand and then did all settings adjustment with my right hand, which I’ve practiced a lot so it was not a big deal.

Compared to six months ago, the number of people wearing masks has been down significantly. Mostly, parents with young children will be the most concerned one. There are also other flu besides COVID going around in Hong Kong, just like the times before COVID. Now you don't have the "privilege" to ask for breaks if you're infected... So some might think it'd better to be more careful.
